Artist Bio:
The Who are a British rock band formed in London in 1964. The original lineup consisted of Roger Daltrey (vocals), Pete Townshend (guitar), John Entwistle (bass), and Keith Moon (drums). They are considered one of the most influential rock bands of the 20th century, known for their energetic live performances, innovative musical style, and rebellious attitude. The Who are often credited with pioneering the rock opera with their 1969 album "Tommy," which tells the story of a deaf, dumb, and blind boy who becomes a pinball champion.

The band has released numerous hit songs, including "My Generation," "Pinball Wizard," and "Baba O'Riley." They have sold over 100 million records worldwide and have been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Despite facing tragedy with the deaths of Keith Moon in 1978 and John Entwistle in 2002, The Who continue to perform and tour, with Daltrey and Townshend as the remaining original members.
