The Wonder Who was actually a pseudonym used by the popular American rock band The Four Seasons. The group adopted this alias to record cover versions of songs without their fans being aware of it. The group's cover of Bob Dylan's "Don't Think Twice" became a hit and reached the top 20 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
