Artist Bio:
The Wreckers was a country music duo formed in 2005, consisting of Michelle Branch and Jessica Harp. The duo released their debut album, "Stand Still, Look Pretty," in 2006, which was well-received by both critics and fans. The album peaked at number 14 on the Billboard 200 chart and produced the hit singles "Leave the Pieces" and "My, Oh My."
Branch and Harp met while on tour and decided to collaborate on music together, blending their individual talents and creating a unique sound that combined elements of country, pop, and rock. Despite their success, The Wreckers disbanded in 2007 to allow Branch to focus on her solo career. Since then, both Branch and Harp have continued to pursue their own musical projects, with Branch releasing several solo albums and Harp releasing music as a solo artist as well. The Wreckers' brief but impactful time together left a mark on the country music scene and their fans continue to appreciate their music to this day.
