Artist Bio:
Three Dog Night is an American rock band that was formed in 1967. The band's name comes from an Australian Aborigine term for a very cold night when you need three dogs to keep you warm. Three Dog Night rose to fame in the late 1960s and early 1970s with their unique sound and harmonies. They are known for their catchy pop-rock hits such as "Joy to the World," "Mama Told Me (Not to Come)," and "One."


The band was known for its distinctive three-part vocal harmonies and they achieved great commercial success, with 21 consecutive Top 40 hits and 12 gold albums. Three Dog Night was inducted into the Vocal Group Hall of Fame in 2000. Despite several lineup changes over the years, Three Dog Night continues to tour and perform their classic hits for fans around the world.
