Titus Turner was an American rhythm and blues singer, songwriter, and pianist. Born on May 1, 1933, in Atlanta, Georgia, he started his music career in the 1950s. Turner is best known for his energetic and soulful performances, as well as for his distinctive voice and songwriting skills. He recorded several hits during his career, including "All Around the World" and "Sound-Off."


Turner was also known for his collaborations with other artists, such as LaVern Baker and Joe Turner. Despite not achieving mainstream success, he was highly respected in the music industry for his talent and contributions to rhythm and blues music. Titus Turner passed away on September 13, 1984, leaving behind a legacy of soulful music that continues to inspire and entertain audiences.
