Toby Keith is an American country music singer, songwriter, and record producer. He was born on July 8, 1961, in Clinton, Oklahoma. Keith has released numerous hit songs throughout his career, including "Should've Been a Cowboy," "Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue (The Angry American)," and "As Good as I Once Was." He has also won multiple awards, including Entertainer of the Year at the Academy of Country Music Awards and Male Vocalist of the Year at the Country Music Association Awards.
In addition to his successful music career, Toby Keith has also ventured into the business world with his own record label, Show Dog Nashville, and his own restaurant chain, Toby Keith's I Love This Bar & Grill. He is known for his patriotic and sometimes controversial lyrics, as well as his strong support for the United States military.
