Artist Bio:
Tommy Edwards was an American singer and songwriter born on February 17, 1922, in Richmond, Virginia. He was best known for his hit song "It's All in the Game," which reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 1958. Edwards began his music career in the 1940s, singing in various groups before pursuing a solo career in the 1950s.

In addition to "It's All in the Game," Edwards had several other charting singles, including "Please Mr. Sun" and "Love Is All We Need." He continued to record and perform throughout the 1960s and 1970s, although he never achieved the same level of success as he did with "It's All in the Game." Tommy Edwards passed away on October 22, 1969, but his music continues to be remembered and enjoyed by fans of classic pop and R&B.
