Tony! Toni! Toné! was an American soul/R&B group formed in Oakland, California in 1988. The group consisted of brothers D'wayne Wiggins (guitar, lead vocals) and Raphael Saadiq (bass, vocals), along with their cousin Timothy Christian Riley (drums). They were known for their smooth and soulful sound, blending elements of traditional R&B with funk, jazz, and hip-hop influences.
Tony! Toni! Toné! achieved mainstream success in the late 1980s and early 1990s with hit songs like "Feels Good," "Anniversary," and "It Never Rains (In Southern California)." They released five studio albums during their career, including their critically acclaimed debut album "Who?," which was certified Gold. The group disbanded in the late 1990s, with the members pursuing solo careers and other musical projects. Tony! Toni! Toné! remains a beloved and influential group in the soul and R&B music scene.
