The band's original lineup consisted of members David Paich, Steve Lukather, Steve Porcaro, Jeff Porcaro, David Hungate, and Bobby Kimball. Toto is known for their blend of rock, pop, and jazz influences, as well as their polished production style and intricate musical arrangements. They achieved commercial success in the late 1970s and 1980s with hits like "Hold the Line," "Rosanna," and "Africa."
Toto has released over 17 studio albums, selling over 40 million records worldwide. The band has won several Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year for their 1982 album "Toto IV." Despite numerous lineup changes over the years, Toto continues to tour and perform, with Steve Lukather being the only original member still active in the band.
