Tracey Dey, born Nora Ferrari in 1943, was an American pop singer who gained popularity in the early 1960s. She began her music career as a member of a vocal group called the Four Pennies before embarking on a solo career. Dey released several singles throughout the 1960s, with her most well-known song being "Teenage Cleopatra" which reached the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 1963. She also recorded songs for various record labels including Liberty Records and Amy Records. Despite her brief success in the music industry, Dey ultimately retired from music in the late 1960s.
In addition to her singing career, Tracey Dey also appeared on television shows such as American Bandstand and Shindig! to promote her music. She remains a notable figure in the history of 1960s pop music, with her songs continuing to be remembered and appreciated by fans of the era.
