Artist Bio:
Traffic was a British rock band formed in 1967 by Steve Winwood, Jim Capaldi, Chris Wood, and Dave Mason. The band's sound blended elements of rock, blues, folk, and jazz, creating a unique and innovative sound that set them apart from other bands of the time. Traffic released their debut album, "Mr. Fantasy," in 1967, which received critical acclaim and commercial success.

The band went on to release several more albums, such as "Traffic" and "John Barleycorn Must Die," which further solidified their reputation as one of the leading rock bands of the late 1960s and early 1970s. Despite various lineup changes over the years, Traffic continued to produce music until their disbandment in 1974. Steve Winwood went on to have a successful solo career, while the other members pursued their own musical projects. Traffic's influence on the rock music landscape can still be felt today, with their innovative sound and diverse musical influences continuing to inspire musicians around the world.
