Trina & Tamara are an American R&B duo composed of identical twin sisters Trina and Tamara Powell. They released their debut album, "Trina & Tamara," in 1999 on the Elektra Records label. The album included the hit single "What'd You Come Here For?" which peaked at number 72 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. They also gained popularity with their song "Joanne," which received airplay on urban radio stations.
