He was known for his energetic performances and his distinctive guitar-playing style, which combined elements of rock and Latin music.
In addition to his music career, Trini Lopez also appeared in a number of films, including "The Dirty Dozen" (1967) and "The Phynx" (1970). Throughout his career, Lopez released over 60 albums and continued to perform live until his passing on August 11, 2020, in Palm Springs, California.
