Tyrese, whose full name is Tyrese Gibson, is an American singer, songwriter, actor, and author. He was born on December 30, 1978, in Los Angeles, California. Tyrese began his music career in the late 1990s and released his debut album, "Tyrese," in 1998. The album included the hit single "Sweet Lady," which earned him a Grammy nomination for Best R&B Male Vocal Performance. He has since released several albums, including "2000 Watts" and "I Wanna Go There."


In addition to his music career, Tyrese has also found success as an actor. He has appeared in films such as "Baby Boy," "Four Brothers," and the "Fast and Furious" franchise. Tyrese has also ventured into writing, releasing a book titled "How to Get Out of Your Own Way" in 2012.
