Artist Bio:
Vixen is an American all-female rock band that was formed in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1980. The band achieved commercial success in the late 1980s and early 1990s with their glam metal sound. The original line-up consisted of Janet Gardner on vocals and rhythm guitar, Jan Kuehnemund on lead guitar, Share Pedersen on bass, and Roxy Petrucci on drums.

Vixen released their self-titled debut album in 1988, which featured their hit singles "Edge of a Broken Heart" and "Cryin'". The band toured extensively and gained a strong following in the rock music scene. Despite some line-up changes over the years, Vixen continues to perform and record music, with Janet Gardner returning to the band in recent years. They have left a lasting impact on the rock music industry as one of the few successful all-female bands in the male-dominated glam metal genre.
