Artist Bio

Artist Bio:
Voice of the Beehive was a British-American alternative pop rock band formed in London in 1986. The band was fronted by California-born sisters Tracey Bryn and Melissa Brooke Belland, who provided the distinctive dual vocals that became a signature element of their sound. Their music was characterized by catchy melodies, harmonies, and witty lyrics, drawing influences from pop, punk, and rock.

Voice of the Beehive released three studio albums between 1988 and 1996, including their debut album "Let It Bee" which spawned the hit single "Don't Call Me Baby". The band gained a following in both the UK and the US during the late 1980s and early 1990s. Despite several lineup changes throughout their career, the Belland sisters remained the core members of the group. Voice of the Beehive disbanded in the late 1990s but reunited for live performances in the 2010s.
