Voices of Theory is a Latin R&B group formed in the late 1990s in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The group consists of members Hector "ViVi" Barrios, Frankie "Fade" Marrero, and brothers David "Davie D" Vasquez and Victor "Vic" Vasquez. They are best known for their hit single "Say It," which was released in 1998 and reached the top 5 on the Billboard R&B charts.


Voices of Theory released their self-titled debut album in 1998, which also featured the popular tracks "Wherever You Go" and "Without You." The group's music combines elements of R&B, pop, and Latin influences, creating a unique sound that resonated with audiences.
