Artist Bio:
Voices That Care was a one-time charity single project that was released in 1991. The project brought together a group of popular musicians and celebrities in the United States to raise funds for the USO and the American Red Cross, in support of the troops involved in Operation Desert Storm during the Gulf War. The song "Voices That Care" was written by David Foster, Linda Thompson, and Peter Cetera, and featured vocals from a variety of artists including Celine Dion, Garth Brooks, Michael Bolton, and many others. The single was released by Hollywood Records and reached number 11 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

The accompanying music video for "Voices That Care" featured clips of the artists performing the song interspersed with footage of American troops in the Gulf War. The project was well-received and successful in raising funds for the charitable organizations it supported. Despite being a one-time collaboration, Voices That Care remains a notable example of artists coming together to support a cause through music.
