Waylon Jennings was an influential American country music singer, songwriter, and musician. He was born on June 15, 1937, in Littlefield, Texas, and passed away on February 13, 2002, in Chandler, Arizona. Jennings rose to prominence in the 1970s as a key figure in the outlaw country movement, known for his rough and rebellious image, as well as his distinctive voice and songwriting skills.


Throughout his career, Waylon Jennings released numerous hit songs, including "Good Hearted Woman," "Mammas Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up to Be Cowboys," and "Luckenbach, Texas." He was also a member of the country supergroup The Highwaymen, alongside Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, and Kris Kristofferson.
