Wild Orchid was an American girl group formed in 1990, consisting of members Stefanie Ridel, Stacy Ferguson (Fergie), and Renee Sandstrom. The group was known for their pop and R&B sound, drawing influences from various genres including dance and hip-hop. They released their self-titled debut album in 1997, which included the hit single "Talk to Me". Their music often featured harmonized vocals and upbeat, catchy melodies.
In 2001, Wild Orchid released their third and final album, "Hypnotic". The group disbanded shortly after, with Fergie going on to achieve solo success as a singer and actress. Wild Orchid's music is remembered for its 90s pop sound and catchy tracks that appealed to a wide audience.
