One of Bell's most famous songs is "You Don't Miss Your Water," which was released in 1961 and became a hit on the R&B charts. He continued to have success throughout the 1960s and 1970s with songs like "Everybody Loves a Winner" and "I Forgot to Be Your Lover." In 2016, Bell won a Grammy Award for Best Americana Album for his album "This Is Where I Live," which marked a resurgence in his career and solidified his status as a legendary figure in the music industry.
