Yipes!! was a power pop band from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The band was formed in 1979 and became known for their energetic live performances and catchy, melodic songs. The original lineup consisted of Dan Kehoe on vocals and guitar, Jim Eannelli on guitar, Scott Schwebel on bass, and Vikki Lee on drums. They released their debut album, "Yipes!!," in 1980 which featured the popular song "Out for the Summer."

The band enjoyed moderate success in the Midwest music scene and gained a loyal following for their fun, upbeat music. Yipes!! released a total of three albums during their career, with their final album, "A Bit Irrational," coming out in 1981. Despite receiving positive reviews from critics, the band eventually disbanded in the mid-1980s.
