ZZ Top is an American rock band formed in 1969 in Houston, Texas. The band consists of guitarist and lead vocalist Billy Gibbons, bassist and co-lead vocalist Dusty Hill, and drummer Frank Beard. ZZ Top is known for their blues-influenced rock music and their signature look of long beards, sunglasses, and hats. They achieved commercial success in the 1970s and 1980s with hit albums like "Tres Hombres" and "Eliminator," which featured popular singles such as "La Grange" and "Sharp Dressed Man."


ZZ Top has sold over 50 million albums worldwide and has received multiple awards, including induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004.
